Cloney Island is an island theme park, designed by Principal Scudworth. It is a historically-themed carnival, where all the clones are held captive and forced to work "summer jobs" as entertainers there. A scale model was first introduced in "Episode Two: Election Blu-Galoo" and finally came to fruition in "Cloney Island: Twist!".
Biography[]
Backstory[]
Cinnamon J. Scudworth first got the idea for Cloney Island as a little kid, when his parents kept taking him to the parking lot of Yesterworld theme park, another historical figure-themed carnival. His parents would take Scudworth there and make him pretend to be crippled, so they could beg for money in the parking lot and profit off the generosity of the poor suckers they fooled. When Scudworth got a little bit older, his parents died, which gave him the freedom to finally go to Yesterworld and also get in for free, thanks to their park's sympathetic "orphan discount". Scudworth went straight to the carnival, directly from his parents' dual funeral and expected the historical figures to give him the love his parents never did.
However, when Scudworth finally went to the Yesterworld theme park, he was disappointed to see how the historical figures were, cold, unfeeling, lifeless animatronic robots, who lacked any soul or character. He was also very infuriated to see how the "Foot-Long Hot Dogs" he bought were just tiny little hot dog wieners stuffed inside of foot-long buns.
Since then, Scudworth vowed to create his own historical theme park that would put Yesterworld to shame, which would legitimately have the genetic clones of said historical figures working there and would also include three-feet-long foot-long hot dogs. Thus, began his idea to make Cloney Island.
The "island" element of his carnival didn't come into play until Scudworth watched the movie, Jurassic Park III, which significantly shaped the overall image for the island.
Construction and Funding[]
As an adult, Scudworth became a government official, who worked for The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures, a section of the shadow government, bent on populating the world with an army they could enslave into helping them take over the world in a government plan they called, "Operation Spread Eagle".
Scudworth proposed the idea to create an army of cloned historical figures, as people with the DNA of the world's greatest leaders would be perfect for taking over the world. The shadowy figures agreed and gave him the funding for his project. Little did they know, Scudworth did not have the interests of Operation Spread Eagle in mind and was only manipulating the government into helping him with his own project of making his clones so that he could steam away from the shadowy figures and go about bringing Cloney Island to fruition.
Creation[]
In "Cyranos: A Portmant-Opus", Principal Scudworth got more than enough money he needed to fund Cloney Island from Confuicus' foster parents, Jernice and Archibald. He took off and went to a deserted island he bought to build his theme park.
In "Cloney Island: Twist!", Scudworth and Mr. Butlertron made it to the island but found that rival scientist and robot, Sandra Sandria and Mrs. C had also colonized that land and were planning on building Texasland theme park there. After a nauseatingly excessive series of plot twists, Principal Scudworth and Mr. Butlertron finally got control over the island and all its funding and send Sandra and Mrs. C off into the ocean.
In "The Cloniest Place on Earth: Missile While You Work", Cinnamon J. Scudworth had finally finished building Cloney Island at long last, and opened the theme park to the public. He also had the clones of Clone High High School kidnapped in a submarine and shipped to the island, where he'd force them to work "summer jobs" as the various mascots, performers, and entertainers there.
Candide Sampson, who worked as the sole member of The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures at the time, was very mad to hear that Scudworth went behind her back and did this, so she fired a nuclear missile to the island to blow it up and kill everyone and everything on it. She did, however, want to ensure that her own foster-daughter, Joan of Arc, would be safe, so she contacted her and warned her to evacuate the island, alone, while she left everyone else to die.
Joan went against Candide's wishes, and rounded up all the other clones to save them. They all went back to the submarine to escape as the missile got even closer. However, Abe had passed out from eating poisonous churros and Joan went back to save him. Confucius also followed her to keep her safe. The submarine escaped with all of the clones except for Abe, Joan, and Confucius and the missile entered critical distance from Cloney Island. This cliffhanger ended the third season.
