Hello cohort! It is I, George Washington Carver, and I spent my summer bioengineering this anthropomorphic peanut.
- George Washington Carver

George Washington Carver is a student at Clone High High School and 16-year-old genetic clone of American agricultural scientist and inventor George Washington Carver. He is a science geek who is obsessed with experimenting with peanuts. He created Peany, an anthropomorphic peanut. He first appeared in "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand". He is voiced by Donald Faison.

Biography[]

Overview[]

George Washington Carver is a recurrent minor character that on rare occasions interacts with the plot but most of time he is seen in the background of various episodes. In S01E04, he was recruited by Gandhi to be in his film "Black and Tan" and in S02E08, he was JFK's representative in his battle for Shell Silverstein's custody but the meeting failed when George fell in love with Sacagawea who was Joan of Arc's representative.

Season 1[]

In "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand", he and Peany were jumped into the conversation at The Grassy Knoll. He was later at JFK's party.

In "Film Fest: Tears of a Clone", Gandhi convinced him and to co-star in his movie "Black and Tan" as the black guy to his Indian guy in his interracial buddy-cop action duo. George Washington Carver could not have been more hesitant at first, but when Gandhi allowed Peany to have a role too, he gave it a chance. George Washington Carver struggled to emote, so his acting was off, but he claimed it was because the plot was nonsensical and he didn't want to take part in it. He then noticed a falling water tower about to land on Gandhi, and he kicked it into action mode, saving him. After proving how much of an action man he really was, he got the privileges of rewriting his character and taking the film in a new direction. This new direction must have worked, because at the film fest, Black and Tan was the most critically acclaimed movie of the bunch.

In "Homecoming: A Shot in D'Arc", George Washington Carver was part of the basketball team. He and Peany were drying off in the locker room together.

In "Raisin the Stakes: A Rock Opera in Three Acts", he was holding hands with everyone else, singing in "Normal".

In "Changes: The Big Prom: The Sex Romp: The Season Finale", he was part of Gandhi's group of single guys trying to get laid. At the end of the episode, he got frozen in the flash freezer, along with everybody else.

Season 2[]

In "Let's Try This Again", George Washington Carver was defrosted from the flash freezer 20 years later. Later in the episode, he complained that if Abe got his own inclusivity club, then he should get one too and opened an inclusivity club for people who like peanuts. One of the other members was Peany.

In "Sleepover", he was in math class, being shocked by Joan of Arc loudly having a sex dream, about JFK and Abe.

In "The Crown: Joancoming: It’s a Cleo, Cleo, Cleo, Cleo World", he was among many students spreading rumors fabricated by Joan about Cleopatra using child labour in production of her pumpkin spice lattes and helped spread the rumors on the internet to have her cancelled. Later, he was brainwashed by Cleo and puked after being freed, wearing only his underwear and a torn shirt.

In "Some Talking but Mostly Songs" , he wants to join the play as a background dancer. He, Confucius, Sacagawea and Cleopatra quickly gave up after first failed rehearsal dancing abilities and give up and asks Frida about"White Guy Confidence." Eventually, after the second rehearsal practice, the four ace their roles in the play.

In "Saved by the Knoll", he was seen getting flyers about saving Grassy Knoll from Joan of Arc. Later, he, among other students, was defending the newly rebuilt Grassy Knoll from being demolished, alas unsuccessfully.

In "Spring Broken", he was dragging Peany after the bus crashed, accidentally killing the nut. Although, he survived the episode. Later, he was seen in the line for cellphones at Arroyo Fest.

In "Sexy-Ed", he debates Sacagawea against over whether Joan or JFK gets custody over Shell Silverstein. However, after a sensual sax solo from Scudworth, Carver compliments Sacagawea's eyes and the two begin making out on the table. Later in the episode, he and Sacagawea attend Harriet and Confucius' party, hugging each other and making out afterwards.

In "Clone Alone", he was among the students who got summoned into the Death Maze and ultimately defeated by Joan. She threw Peany into the pit, making Carver throw himself in attempt to save his creation. He was sent into the dungeon and brainwashed by the Memory Eraser Ray. In the end, Joan was able to restore everyone's memories, albeit also with the interference of Candide Sampson, who also showed how Joan betrayed everyone. Just like everyone else, Carver was pissed off at Joan for what she did.

Appearance[]

George Washington Carver is a black man with short gray, somewhat balding hair. There is a big split in between both sides of his hair and his hair is so short and weighed down, that it seems to be stubble on his head. He has two slick black lines for a mustache and two more of those exact same slick black lines for his eyebrows, but these are more bendy and prone to changing in shape, so that his facial expressions can be more facially expressive. He has flat-bottomed eyes with rectangular pupils and bags under said eyes. He also has a downward pointing arrow shaped nose and slightly reddish lips. He wears a long-sleeved white cream-colored cloak with a red bowtie on the front of it.

Personality[]

George Washington Carver is a quirky, experimental scientist and inventor, who has a strange fascination for peanuts. He lives up to his clone father, by continuing his long list of newly discovered uses for peanuts. Being the scientist he is, his uses for peanuts come from genetic modifications and tinkering with peanut chemicals and DNA. George Washington Carver is anti-social, easily annoyed, and condescending. He closes himself off from anyone who isn't a complete nerd, seeing them as obnoxious and stupid, not knowing just how much of a creep he is, when he goes around showing off his GMO sentient peanut friend, Peany in public. Ironically enough, Peany is more socially outgoing and popular at school than he is.

In Season 2, he became more sociable, as being evident in him participating the Unity Luncheon (and opening his own unity luncheon there), joining the musical play as a backup dancer, becoming the head of a debate team and becoming Sacagawea's boyfriend.

Relationships[]

Peany[]

Carver Makes an Appearance

George Washington Carver genetically modified a peanut to become a sentient, anthropomorphic being named "Peany", who he has turned into his sidekick, lab partner, and little buddy. George Washington Carver and Peany are an inseparable duo and they go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Gandhi[]

Black and Tan Battle Stance

George Washington Carver and Gandhi are good friends with each other. However, when they started out, Carver didn't like Gandhi, finding him annoying. This all changed in "Film Fest: Tears of a Clone", when Gandhi offered to make a movie with Carver, which he only agreed to, when he heard there'd be a part for Peany. During production of the film, Carver argued with Gandhi over creative differences and quit the project but then saw a water tower about to collapse and fall on Gandhi. He ran over there to save his life and this life-changing moment gave George Washington Carver a change of heart. George Washington Carver agreed do do the movie as long as he could make a few rewrites to his character, Leon Black. Finally, their movie was complete and thus gave birth to "Black and Tan", which ended up being the best received film at the film fest. George Washington Carver would later be one of the members of Gandhi's prom posse in "Changes: The Big Prom: The Sex Romp: The Season Finale", as he was among the many boys at Clone High High School, who couldn't get a date to the winter prom.

After being defrosted in 2023, George Washington Carver is separated from Gandhi and seemingly has no memory of him. In "Clone Alone", it was suggested that he, along with the other clones, had all his memories of his erased by Candide's Memory Eraser Ray.

Sacagawea[]

Sacagawea Makes Out With GWC

George Washington Carver and Sacagawea are a power couple, who first got together in "Sexy-Ed", when they, as the two heads of their respective generations' debate teams, got into a legal dispute over Joan of Arc and JFK's breakup, trying to resolve a custody battle over their pet turtle, Shell Silverstein. As they argued, their fight soon devolved into romantic foreplay and they both started passionately tongue-kissing on the table. Later, at Confucius and Harriet's party, they were seen hugging each other and passionately tongue-kissing again.
