Mary Magdalene was a prostitute that Jesus was romantically and sexually involved with during the Biblical times. She is known for following Jesus and witnessing his cricifixion and resurrection. She has not been cloned due to her name but she was pictured and alluded to in "Raisin the Stakes: A Rock Opera in Three Acts".
Biography
In "Raisin the Stakes: A Rock Opera in Three Acts", there was a brief subliminal message that flashed on screen, where Joan's face was overlapped with Mary Magdalene's. This was an allusion to the Original Jeanne D'Arc being a very devout Gothic Christian, as well as her relationship with Abe, who was also being compared to Jesus in the episode. The romantic tension between Joan and Abe was being compared to the infamous relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene.
Trivia
- It can be assessed that there exists no clone of her at Clone High High School. This is because in "Grave Mistakes: The Virgin Homicides", Principal Scudworth claimed he has never cloned anyone named "Mary" in history because he had a sister named Mary, who he absolutely hated.
- Mary Magdalene is one of the few historical figures to be referenced in the series, who has not been cloned by Principal Scudworth, on account of her name. The others are Mary Ann Todd Lincoln and Mary Tudor.
