The Original Mahatma Gandhi is the original spiritual peace activist and father of the Indian nation, who Gandhi was cloned from. Gandhi, like all other clones, has made it his goal to live up to the name of his clonefather. He has never made an on-screen appearance but he has been mentioned a number of times by his clone and was depicted via graffiti art by Frida Kahlo in "Anxious Times at Clone High".
Biography[]
In "Homecoming: A Shot in D'Arc", Gandhi erroneously stated that if there's one thing that the original Mahatma Gandhi stood for, it was revenge. This is of course, not what the original Gandhi stood for at all, since he was very famously a peace activist, who made a point of staging non-violent protests against his enemies.
In "Raisin the Stakes: A Rock Opera in Three Acts", Gandhi escaped getting eaten by Daniel Feldspar by asking himself what the original Mahatma Gandhi would have done in a situation like this. This gave him the idea to lie to Daniel Feldspar and say that he plans to go on a hunger strike but before he does, he wants to try Vegemite. This made Daniel Feldspar go to the kitchen to make Vegemite as Gandhi's last meal. While he did, Gandhi made his daring escape.
In "Anxious Times at Clone High", Frida Kahlo spraypainted some graffiti of Mahatma Gandhi on the wall of Clone High High School. After Frida left, the painting came to life and winked at Abe, giving him a good scare.
