Tara Billinger is a storyboard artist, writer and character designer known for her work in shows such as Mickey Mouse (2013), The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, Unicorn: Warriors Eternal and is the co-creator of Long Gone Gulch.
For the reboot of Clone High, she was the Art Director.
