The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures is a top secret government organization, responsible for the cloning of historical figures and the funding of Clone High High School. They run an elaborate conspiracy called "Operation Spread Eagle", determined to groom the clones to become world leaders. They have dominance over Principal Scudworth and expect him to run the high school with the genetic clones properly and keep things going according to plan. However, Scudworth is secretly planning to steal the clones away from them and use them for his own plan called, "Cloney Island", a theme park on an island he plans to build, where the clones will all serve as freak show-like attractions. They first appeared in "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand".

In "Changes: The Big Prom: The Sex Romp: The Season Finale", the entire Secret Board of Shadowy Figures was frozen in a flash freezer and left there for 20 years. In the Season 2 premiere, "Let's Try This Again", an entire new group of members had taken place in their absence, only for that group to be killed off in an elaborate plot by Candide Sampson using Scudworth in “Clone Alone”.

In "Blinded With Pseudoscience: Magnetic Distractions", Candide Sampson has become the sole member of The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures.

Biography[]

In "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures demanded Principal Scudworth provide them with a report on what it's like to be a student at Clone High High School by the end of the week or else they'd kill him. Scudworth failed to make a report and when The Leader of the Shadowy Figures showed up, he prepared to beat Scudworth to death. Before he even started, Scudworth broke down crying, and begging for mercy, going on a tangent about how horrible his experience was, when he was pretending to be a student, inadvertently providing the very report he claimed to have failed. As soon as Principal Scudworth said this, he noticed that the Shadowy Figure had mysteriously vanished without a trace.

In "Episode Two: Election Blu-Galoo", Principal Scudworth assures The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures that everything about the clone army is going according to schedule. The Shadowy Figure noticed that behind Scudworth, lied a scale model of Cloney Island, labeled "Dr. Scudworth's Evil Plan". Scudworth told him that it definitely wasn't for his plan to steal the clones away from him and use them for a clone-themed amusement park. changed the subject to compliment The Shadowy Figure's Puma Shoes. Then Scudworth asked for $2,000,000 just to buy dry erase markers. For giggles, The Lead Shadowy Figure repeatedly said "No" until Scudworth turned the TV off.

In "Film Fest: Tears of a Clone", The Shadowy Figures called up Principal Scudworth to complain about the riot that took place at the Big Cross Country Meet. They blamed him for his poor leadership and that he was walking in "clone of Karen Carpenter" thin ice, demanding to meet with him in person to discuss his job. Principal Scudworth invited them over to his house for dinner, next Friday, and politely held the dairy products. When The Shadowy Figures came over to Scudworth's house, they sat in awkward silence for a while. Principal Scudworth broke the pregnant pause by bringing up the forbidden topics of politics and religion but still got no response. Against Scudworth's wishes, Mr. Butlertron came in and broke the ice with some funny jokes, which got the Shadowy Figures to laugh heartily. Scudworth had a change of heart right there and introduces Mr. Butlertron to the Shadowy Figures as his friend. The Lead Shadowy Figure admitted that he initially came down to his house to kill him but after having had such a wonderful time there, he was willing to give him a second chance as principal.

In "Sleep of Faith: La Ru D'Awakening", Principal Scudworth went down to the government to meet with The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures, personally. The Shadowy Figures once again thanked Scudworth for assisting them with their conspiracy, which was to have all the students at Clone High take the PXJTs tests and use the lead from the #2 pencils to fuel their deadly robot, Scan Grade, who, after over 50 years of consuming pencil lead, was on the brink of having enough power to take over the world. However, their plan failed as Mr. Butlertron ultimately destroyed Scan Grade by asking him a paradoxical PXJT question.

In "A Room of One's Clone: The Pie of the Storm", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures gave Principal Scudworth a present as thanks for going an entire year without planning any secret plans behind their back, this being a robot dog named E Cybo-Pooch. It would later turn out that E Cybo-Pooch was actually sent to Scudworth as spyware to see what he was secretly planning. Before it could gather any important information, the robot dog was destroyed by Mr. Butlertron, who reflected its laser eyes back at him with a pie tin, causing it to blow itself up.

In "Makeover Makeover Makeover: the Makeover Episode", The Leader of the Secret Board of Shadowy Figures contacted Scudworth and told him that he discovered a video tape, where Scudworth detailed his entire evil plan to steal the clones away from the board and use them for Cloney Island. Scudworth denied having anything to do with this but the shadowy figure was not swayed. He smirked a little as he told Scudworth that he and his board would be coming down to Clone High High School to collect the clones and personally terminate him on prom night.

In "Changes: The Big Prom: The Sex Romp: The Season Finale", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures gathered together all of the other fellow conspirators and celebrity guest stars to plan for their ultimate invasion of Clone High High School but first, they made sure everyone went pee-pee before they left so that wouldn't have to pull over every five minutes. Of course, during their drive down there, tons of people had to keep making them pull over for pee-pees. The leader of the board told them that at this point, if they need to go to the bathroom again, they should just use the ashtray. When The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures finally broke into the high school during prom night, they prepared for their ultimate invasion of kidnapping all the clones and killing Principal Scudworth. However, John Stamos distracted them by telling them that they were about to do a conga line, appealing to the board's only weakness. The shadowy figures broke character and went over to get some punch before the dance started. Principal Scudworth led the conga line, including all of the clones of Clone High, celebrity guest stars, recurring characters, and the entire Secret Board of Shadowy Figures into the flash freezer, where he had them all frozen, escaping his defeat and incapacitating The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures for the next 20 years.

In "Let's Try This Again", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures was now comprised of an entirely new roster, replacing the old ones, who were all still currently frozen in the flash freezer. The new Shadowy Figures summoned their agent, Candide Sampson into their government facility and updated her on their plans to groom the clones to become world leaders and how their plan had been put on ice 20 years ago by Principal Scudworth. They announced that their mission now was to unfreeze the clones and continue about their plans in a mission called "Operation Spread Eagle". They assigned Candide to be the new superintendent of Clone High High School and gave her authority over Principal Scudworth. This new roster for The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures was also heavily invested in the drama that followed the clones of Clone High in a way that mirrored the real show's fanbase and they were really excited to see Abe confess his feelings to Joan upon being defrosted, despite it being obvious he was going to say her name anyway.

In "Sleepover", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures is informed of Joan's sleepover by Candide Sampson and one of them tells her to get them those secrets so they can blackmail the clones that survive Operation Spread Eagle.

In "The Crown: Joancoming: It’s a Cleo, Cleo, Cleo, Cleo World", Candide Sampson shows The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures the Crown and tells them of the upcoming homecoming.

In "Saved by the Knoll", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures goes to its work retreat with Candide Sampson, Principal Scudworth and Mr. B. At the work retreat, they play various games and drink a lot of beer. Once the work retreat is over the Board members, Candide, Scudworth and Mr. B are shown to have a nasty hangover.

In "Sexy-Ed", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures judge the progress of the clones and decide that Joan of Arc and JFK are their top candidates. Principal Scudworth informs them that the two are dating and the Board is pleased with the news, its leader orders the menu binder but tells the one called Skipper that they won't eat Poke again which makes Skipper not want to eat.

In "Clone Alone", The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures spectate the Death Maze challenge and all of them cheer when Van Gogh is the first clone eliminated. Its leader congratulates Candide Sampson for Operation Spread Eagle's development which angers Principal Scudworth. However, the Board becomes annoyed and bored when Abe Lincoln and JFK swear to be best friends, Candide then activates an earpiece device that links to the Maze's speakers and plays the mind control tune to activate the secret conditioning of the Clones that were sent to the "spa" in Anxious Times at Clone High. The Board members cheer but one of them called Bert is accidently killed with a poison dart by Scudworth who was trying to aim for Candide. Later, all of the Board members are revealed to be dead after being killed by Scudworth. When Scudworth confronts Candide with Joan, she tells him that she counted on him going on a killing spree, elimating anyone who could stand in her way.
