Toulouse Lautrec is the teenage clone of 19th century French painter, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. He was intended to be mentioned in "Episode Two: Election Blu-Galoo" but his joke was scrapped.

A scrapped joke for "Episode Two: Election Blu-Galoo" was going to involve Principal Scudworth reporting to The Secret Board of Shadowy Figures with information on Tolouse Lautrec failing to age normally and how he needed to use growth hormones to improve his growth process.
