Vlad the Impaler is a student at Clone High High School and the 16-year-old genetic clone of Voivode (Ruler) of Wallachia, Vlad Țepeș. He first appeared in Blinded With Pseudoscience: Magnetic Distractions. In Clone High, he is a member of the Bleacher Creatures, amongst clone students like Jackée the Ripper and Topher Bus.

Vlad the impaler is a pale-skinned, pencil mustached big nosed man with fangs, and poorly groomed back dark blueish-black hair with lighter highlights. He wears a black vest over a white collared shirt with a black belt and red ripped jeans. he wears tall black boots, mesh gloves, and a spiked choker.
