Woodsy Owl is a mascot, used in PSA commercials, teaching kids not to litter. He's famous for his motto, "Give a Hoot. Don't Pollute." He appeared in the episode "Litter Kills: Litterally", where he and the other animals of the land worked together to clean the trash off the campus of Clone High High School.
